The business was founded by Nigel Cook who stepped back from running the business in 2023, but don’t worry if you want to experience and learn about having beautiful soft water, Nigel will be the one that comes to see you.

Pureflow now operates out of Aquadition, which is a specialist water softener company. We are more than happy to provide surveys or a demonstration of the benefits of softened water.
